This website is operated by Top Speed AI, LLC (“Top Speed AI,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit topspeedai.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions can go to chris@TopSpeedAi.com.
Information we collect
Information you send us. When you use our contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, and message, plus any optional phone number, company name, preferred date, and topics of interest.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data when pages are requested, such as IP address, browser type, the page visited, and the time of the request. We use this for security, troubleshooting, and keeping the site running. Our contact form also uses your IP address briefly to limit repeated submissions and block spam.
Our free tools. The ROI Calculator and AI Readiness Check run entirely in your browser. The numbers and answers you enter are not sent to us or stored by us unless you choose to share them through the contact form.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party analytics on this site, and we do not sell or share your information for targeted advertising.
Our fonts are provided by Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google, which receives your IP address and browser information as part of that request. Google’s handling of that data is described in Google’s privacy policy.
How we use your information
- To read and respond to your inquiry and follow up about a possible project.
- To send a confirmation that we received your message, if that feature is turned on.
- To protect the site and our contact form from abuse and spam.
- To meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations if we go on to work together.
We do not add you to a mailing list or send newsletters from a contact form submission.
How information is shared
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website, and only as needed for them to provide their services:
- Vercel hosts the website and processes page requests and contact form submissions.
- Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox, and confirmation emails if enabled.
- Our email provider stores the messages we receive and send.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails for as long as they are useful for responding to you and managing a business relationship, and then delete them. If you become a client, records may be kept longer to meet contractual, legal, or accounting requirements. Hosting logs are kept by our provider for a limited period under its own policies.
Security
The site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections, and we limit access to inquiry information to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please don’t send sensitive information such as passwords, payment details, or health records through the contact form.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws. Email chris@TopSpeedAi.com with your request and we’ll respond within a reasonable time. We will not treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our articles may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, so we encourage you to review their policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
